Whether you want on-site catering or a BBQ drop-off service for your event, we provide mouth watering BBQ custom fit for weddings, work events, birthday parties, tailgate parties, and everything in-between. All events are custom to fit your needs. Booking one week in advance and a deposit are both required for 75 or more guests. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Always wanted to have a pig roast? You’re in luck! We bring our smoker on site and slow smoke a whole hog seasoned with assorted fruit woods, giving you a sweet smokey flavor. Paired with our “Big Boy” rib rub and packed with a bundle of sweet & heat. It always makes for a good conversation piece around pig pickin’.
Required time will depend on the hog size needed for your event (estimated number of people) – usually 6 to 12 hours for a perfect pull.
Add 1 or 2 of our other meats and homestyle sides to make it complete.
